Bob Dorfman, President of Dorfman Capital, has a distinguished track record in structuring and closing innovative financing transactions. Since 1979, Bob as an agent and principal has completed approximately $1 billion in financing for approximately 200 corporations and real estate developers.

Mr. Dorfman was formally Managing Director of Investment Banking at Advest, Inc., a regional investment banking and brokerage firm, President of Dorfman Securities, Inc., an NASD broker dealer member and Managing Partner of Crescent Capital Company, LLC, a venture capital firm.

Bob received a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Boston University. He grew up in Worcester, MA, worked in Boston for many years and now services his clients from Cotuit, MA.

Craig Silverman joined Dorfman Capital as an associate in May of 2009. His responsibilities include project research, financial analysis, and business development. Previous to his full time employment, Craig was an intern with Dorfman Capital, where his responsibilities focused on research and administrative support.

Craig graduated from UMASS Dartmouth in May of 2009 with a B.S. in Finance. He also spent a semester in Australia, with his studies focusing on marketing and management.
